According to a source, 'The Vanderpump Dog show has officially been picked up' with a pilot filming to take place soon.

AceShowbiz - Lisa Vanderpump doesn't show signs of stopping from making shows about things surrounding her. After "Vanderpump Rules", which centers on her restaurant SUR, "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star is now teasing she's developing a series about her rescue foundation Vanderpump Dogs.

Lisa hinted at the possible spin-off during her appearance at the premiere of CATS at The Pantages Theater in Hollywood. When asked if she'd like to do a Vanderpump Dogs show, the restaurateur told HollywoodLife.com, "Wow, you might be psychic!"

The site further reports that according to a source, "The Vanderpump Dog show has officially been picked up. Lisa is ecstatic to be able to show off all her hard work she does with Vanderpump Dogs." The source goes on saying, "Filming of the pilot will begin sometime in the near future."

Vanderpump Dogs has been receiving a lot of attention lately as current season 9 of "RHOBH" features a storyline called Puppygate. Involving co-star Dorit Kemsley, Kyle Richards and Teddi Mellencamp, it was about Dorit who gave a dog she initially adopted from Lisa's shelter to a friend because the pup bit her family members. However, the dog ended up in a shelter. Lisa appeared to downplay the controversy, though her being not upset was deemed suspicious by her co-stars, with Lisa Rinna accusing her of staging the whole thing to make her look good.

It is said that "RHOBH" cast members are "hurt and upset" at the possible new show, "especially Teddi and Dorit who feel they have been thrown under the bus for nothing." An insider claims, "They feel she is rewarding someone (Lisa) for screwing them over for good on TV."

"They are all really upset over this entire thing and feel it's gotten so completely out of hand. The ladies even called a meeting with producers to discuss the situation," adds the source.
