AceShowbiz - Pregnant Kristen Doute has hit back at Lisa Vanderpump after the latter made shady comments about the paternity of Doute's baby with fiance Luke Broderick.

On her Instagram Story, Doute shared a screenshot of an article about Vanderpump's comments, adding a clown emoji.

Vanderpump, on a recent episode of Access Hollywood's "Housewives Nightcap" podcast, claimed she "never talk[s] to" Doute anymore. "I hadn't heard that," the restaurateur said when Doute's pregnancy was brought up. "How on Earth did that happen? Who's the father? Do we know?"

Vanderpump expressed surprise when told that Doute was engaged to Broderick. "Oh, she's getting married?" she added. "I'm really not very involved in 'The Valley' even though I'm a producer."

Fellow "Vanderpump Rules" alum Scheana Shay also criticized Vanderpump's remarks on her podcast, calling them "super shady." "It's also unprofessional especially because Lisa is a producer of 'The Valley,' " Shay said before directly addressing her former boss. "You know who Luke is. He is a cast member of this show. This season, they get engaged."

Doute and Broderick announced their pregnancy last month after Doute had previously experienced a miscarriage. They began dating in 2022 after Doute's split from Alex Menache.
