Beatmaker James H. Duval, aka Jimmy Duval, and bosses at Stache Records have filed paperwork as part of the late hip-hop star's probate case, seeking payment for music they had recorded together.

Duval was a close friend of XXXTENTACION's, and produced tracks including "Look at Me", reports The Blast.

The rapper's mother, Cleopatra Bernard, was placed in charge of her son's estate in a will drafted prior to his death in June (18).

The 20-year-old, real name Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy, was shot and killed during an attempted robbery outside a motorcycle dealership in Miami, Florida. Four men have been arrested in connection to his murder.
