'Lack of corroborating evidence' and 'slight discrepancies in the victim's version' have been attributed to the dismissal of the Jane Doe lawsuit against Lowell Grissom Jr. filed in 2018.

AceShowbiz - The man accused of raping a woman at Chris Brown's home during a 2017 party will not face charges due to insufficient evidence.
The alleged victim, Jane Doe, sued Lowell Grissom, Jr. and Brown last year (18), claiming she was supplied with drugs and allegedly forced into performing sexual acts.
The accused maintained he did nothing wrong and now the Los Angeles District Attorney's office agrees.
"Based upon the lack of corroborating evidence and some slight discrepancies in the victim's version of the facts, this matter cannot be proven without a reasonable doubt," a statement to TMZ reads. "Therefore, with the concurrence of the investigating officer, prosecution will be declined."
