AceShowbiz - Travis Scott (II) has settled a legal spat over an alleged festival booking he insists he knew nothing about.
Empire Music Ventures bosses filed suit against the in-demand rapper, claiming they paid a $217,500 (£170,500) deposit to Travis' booker after supposedly securing his services for the 2019 Rhythm, Wine & Brews Experience in Indio, California.
But the person who set up the gig was not Scott's official booker, according to The Blast, and Travis, who cancelled the performance in December (2018), had never agreed to do the show.
His attorney, Perry Wander, insists the fraud and breach of contract suit has now been settled to the satisfaction of all parties.
