AceShowbiz - Demi Lovato is looking healthier than ever after leaving her rehab facility last month. As reports suggest that the former Disney darling has been focusing on her health and wellness routine after suffering drug overdose, the new picture that she shared on social media showed how hard she tried to get back in shape.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, December 4, Demi shared a picture of her finishing an intense Brazilian jiu jitsu sessions at Unbreakable Performance Center in Los Angeles. Despite drenching in sweat and not putting any makeup, the "Sorry Not Sorry" singer still looked absolutely glowing as she smiled softly to the camera.
"Sweaty, messy jiu jitsu hair," she simply captioned the post along with a few emojis. Seemingly telling her fans that she would continue do her best to get better, she added the hashtag #nevergiveup.
The new post arrived nearly one month after her return to Instagram. Demi posted on the photo-sharing platform a photo of her hitting the polls for midterm elections in a denim jacket. The "Cool for the Summer" singer wrote along with the picture, "I am so grateful to be home in time to vote!"
After holing up in her rehab facility for three months after her drug overdose in July, Demi allegedly has been focusing heavily on her health and wellness routine. "She's been working out with a trainer several days per week, eating right, and truly has a whole different mindset," a source previously explained to E! News. "She has been following all of the steps and guidelines put in place by her specialist."
In addition to that, the "Camp Rock" star has allegedly been attending meetings at a "private wellness center," which is another part of her new commitment to sobriety and health.
