The pair take to social media to share cryptic messages that are raising eyebrows and further fueling speculation of their budding relationship.
Recently, the "Paris in the Rain" singer cryptically gushed over his "best girlfriend" on Twitter, writing, "I have the best girlfriend in the world." The 24-year-old singer obviously didn't drop a name. "Okay, that's all I gotta say, you can get back to your night xoxo cool."

The "Chasing Fire" singer is not the only one doing the flirts as Julia posted a photo of her on top of Lauv's lap with a guitar in hand. They looked cozy together with Julia captioning the snap, "Thanks for the fun Minnie :)" That's suspicios, right?
Not stopping there, the "Hurt Somebody" songtress raved about her alleged new beau on Instagram. "I love everything about you," she wrote in the comment section on Thursday, October 25.
Fans also assumed that they are in the position where one will lend his/her clothes to another. Some eagle-eyed fans noticed that Julia wore Lauv's favorite sweatshirts in a cuddly photo of the pair.
Fans are definitely more than thrilled if Julia and Lauv are dating both on and off stage. "absolutely are dating- can't stop posting with each other," one convinced fan wrote. Another comment read, "ever since i heard you guys collaborating i already SHIP." They're so cute that one fan virtually screamed, "OMG MY HEART CANT HANDLE YOU GUYS AS A COUPLE."
The two also showed an undeniably chemistry in the music video for their song "There's No Way". "Low key saw you guys kiss after your set and then skip away holding hands and it was cute af," a fan claimed.
Julia, however, previously insisted that they were just "buddies." Telling Entertainment Tonight, she said, "It's definitely a friendship that's developed over time. When you write songs, I mean, it's a very intimate thing... you get to know a lot about a person in a very short amount of time. It almost forces you to have chemistry and then it's up to you and the other person to keep it going."
