AceShowbiz - Dakota Johnson stopped by in Thursday, October 11 episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show". The "Fifty Shades of Grey" actress' appearance on the day-time talk show arrived after she was hit with pregancy rumors earlier this week, so it would be natural if she used the opportunity to address the rumors.
Donning a black silk top and white mini skirt, the girlfriend of Chris Martin laughed off the false pregnancy rumors which spread before. Host Ellen DeGeneres joked, "That is a mighty tight outfit for someone who's pregnant," earning laughter from the audience.
"Well, the only thing I'm pregnant with is a lot of really good ideas, but not any babies," she told the host.
Dakota went on explaining while laughing, "It was my birthday, and there were balloons that happened to be pink and blue... and so then I was pregnant?" The rumors of her expecting her first child with the Coldplay frontman emerged after TMZ reported that Dakota and Chris were having a gender reveal party.
"I didn't know that the balloons were going to be released, they were just in an arch. But I guess that accidentally happened, one of the ends got let go," she continued. "But a lot of people congratulated me. [I got] a lot of attention... more than just having it being my birthday!"
During the episode, Dakota also cheekily revealed that she would name her future baby Zeus, regardless it's a girl or a boy.
During her birthday party, which was held at Chris' house, a slew of celebrities including Julia Roberts, Sean Penn and Jeremy Allen White were among the attendees. Dakota's parents, Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson, were also spotted at the house.
Quickly after the rumors hit the web, a rep for Dakota released a statement, denying the rumors. They state that the said celebration was actually a birthday party for Dakota, who turned 29 on October 4.
