New court paper reveals that Tammy Brawner complains the 'Family Matters' actor has no intention to co-parent with her, and caused their daughter to dislocate her arm.

AceShowbiz - Actor Darius McCrary's estranged wife has accused him of partially dislocating their daughter's arm in new court papers.

Tammy Brawner claims the "Family Matters" star has been violating court orders linked to the custody of the former couple's two-year-old, Zoey by bad mouthing her in radio interviews, adding that he seriously injured the kid in March.

Attaching medical records from the incident to documents obtained by The Blast, Brawner explains she told doctors McCrary grabbed their daughter's arm as he took her to a bathroom. Darius denied her account and claimed he "grabbed one hand to lift her up and immediately grabbed the other".

A doctor's report notes the girl was in pain and "cried when attempting to move the arm".

Zoey was diagnosed with nursemaid's elbow, a common injury among young children which occurs when a the elbow is pulled and one of the bones partially dislocates.

In addition to the injury claim, Brawner alleges McCrary showed up to a recent monitored visit with Zoey with another child. She also claims the former couple was ordered to take co-parenting classes together but her ex refuses to join her.

"I cannot co-parent by myself," Brawner says in the court papers. "I have gone above and beyond to parent with Mr. McCrary but he appears to be too bitter and too much of a tyrant to parent with me."
