AceShowbiz - There's no denying that the fact Bette Midler could be friend with someone like 50 Cent is strange, considering that they're a complete opposite of each other. The two became fast friends after working together on the New York Restoration Project together.
"Little Jewish lady and the great big rapper," the songstress said of the friendship in an interview. "He's one of the newest members of our tribe. He's really made my life worth living." She even said that she would like to collaborate with him on music even though she couldn't rap. "But I'd like to sing in the background on 'Get Rich or Die Tryin' '," she said.
