The 'Wizards of Waverly Place' star is arrested after getting caught driving recklessly through a very populated portion of Pershing County, Nevada.

AceShowbiz - Another "Wizards of Waverly Place" star has gotten into trouble with the law. Daniel Samonas, who played Selena Gomez's love interest Dean Moriarty on the show, was taken into custody for an allegation of driving under the influence. TMZ first broke the story.

The Disney alum was arrested at Burning Man in Pershing Country, Nevada on August 27. Sheriff Jerry Allen said that Samonas was driving recklessly through a very populated portion of the city. He was released on the following day after posting a bond. He remains out of custody on terms of his bond.

Pershing County Sheriff's office is currently awaiting the results of a blood test in the investigation.

News of his arrest arrived just a day after his "Wizards of Waverly Place" co-star, David Henrie, was arrested at Los Angeles International Airport after being discovered carrying a loaded M&P Shield 9mm pistol.

Henrie then addressed the report and admitted he felt "humiliated" after the arrest. "I take responsibility for the situation at LAX today," he said on Twitter. "I unintentionally brought my legally owned gun which is registered in my name to the airport. I am so sorry for any trouble it caused, but I am appreciative of TSA's efforts in implementing safety laws that are in place to protect out beautiful country."

The 29-year-old actor continued, "More than anything I am humiliated and embarassed that this even happened. But I am thankful to the TSA, LAPD and all involved today for their kindness and their professionalism during this process."

His apology, however, didn't sit too well with Ariel Winter. She wrote on the micro-blogging site, "So... you didn't notice the loaded gun in your bag when you were packing for the airport????? In other words... why was your gun not stored safely in a place where you knew where it was and why in the f**k was it loaded??"

"I'm glad he apologized but there's a bigger issue," the "Modern Family" actress continued in another tweet. "If he wasn't a celebrity would he just be able to say sorry and walk away after bringing a loaded firearm in his bag to the airport?"
