AceShowbiz - Adele, Roger Daltrey, and Eric Clapton are to be honoured as some of the first inductees on a new 'walk of fame' outside London's Royal Albert Hall.

Queen Victoria, who laid the foundation stone for the venue in the 1860s and named the place after her husband Prince Albert, and former British leader Sir Winston Churchill are also among those awarded with the first 11 engraved stones placed around the building.

"This new walk of fame recognises the unparalleled diversity of the Hall's history and many of the unforgettable characters and events who have helped to shape this British institution," the Royal Albert Hall's CEO Craig Hassall says in a statement.

Physicist Albert Einstein, who spoke at the venue, the Suffragettes, who held meetings at the Hall, Shirley Bassey, and Muhammad Ali will also receive special stones.

Clapton and Daltrey were among the guests who attended the official unveiling of the stones on Tuesday, September 04.
