AceShowbiz - Stevie Wonder and Faith Hill have been added to the list of stars lining up to honour Aretha Franklin at her funeral in Detroit, Michigan next week, beg August 27.
The two singers will join Jennifer Hudson, who will play the Queen of Soul in a much-anticipated biopic, Fantasia, Ron Isley, Chaka Khan, Yolanda Adams, Jennifer Holliday, and Aretha’s son, Edward Franklin, among the performers at the service, which will be held at Greater Grace Temple.
Meanwhile, Gladys Knight will headline a memorial service at Chene Park Amphitheatre next Thursday, August 30. Isley will also perform, along with Angie Stone and Johnny Gill, according to TMZ.
Franklin lost her battle with pancreatic cancer on 16 August, aged 76.
