AceShowbiz - One of the four suspects in XXXTentacion's murder case is begging a judge to release him from jail so he can take care of his pregnant girlfriend.

Robert Allen, who is being indicted for first degree murder, has asked lawmakers to grant him bail until there's proof he committed a crime.

He has assured the judge he's no flight risk and in documents obtained by TMZ he insists he will await trial while working for a lawn care business in Broward County, Florida.

Allen was initially named a person of interest shortly after the rapper was shot and killed outside a motorcycle dealership.

He was arrested last month after police officials tracked him down in Georgia.
