The former stripper and bosses at the strip club have agreed to a settlement after her lawsuit dismissal request was previously denied.

AceShowbiz - Model Amber Rose has settled a slander lawsuit with bosses at famous Los Angeles strip club Ace of Diamonds.

The former stripper-turned-model claimed she had purchased the exotic dance venue as she accepted the Vanguard Award at the All Def Movie Awards ceremony last year (17).

"Do y'all know Ace of Diamonds? Well, I bought it," Amber told the crowd. "So this is to every girl out there, every stripper; y'all can one day be on stage with (rap mogul and event boss) Russell Simmons, receiving an award".

Bosses at SKWS Enterprises subsequently sued Rose for $1 million (£767,200) over her statement, branding her claim "unequivocally false" as she had made no financial investment in the business.

Rose, who had tried and failed to have the Ace of Diamonds name trademarked, appealed to have the lawsuit dismissed, but her request was denied.

However, according to The Blast, the two parties have since agreed to a settlement in principle to put the case to rest.

Details about the deal have not been released.
