AceShowbiz - Jeff Goldblum is set to front a new scientific documentary series for National Geographic.
The Curiosity of Jeff Goldblum will feature the Jurassic Park star exploring how common items used daily are made - and how they affect society.
"National Geographic has a knack for developing smart, immersive narratives that expand our understanding of the world around us in creative and entertaining ways," Goldblum tells Deadline. "Curiosity is a fundamental human trait".
"(This) puts me in the driver's seat, guiding viewers on a mind-blowing adventure where we break down the unexpectedly complex science behind seemingly basic things," he adds.
2018 is already shaping up to be a great year for Goldblum - as well as starring in summer blockbuster Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, he landed a major music deal at jazz label Decca, and the actor also unveiled a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame last month.
