AceShowbiz - Charlie Sheen has scored a small victory in court after a judge ordered the HIV exposure case against him to arbitration.

A woman only identified as Jane Doe sued the actor last year, claiming the former "Two and a Half Men" star exposed her to the virus by failing to reveal his condition before engaging in sexual relations.

She also alleges she was coerced out of fear of Charlie's handlers to sign a non-disclosure agreement to stay quiet about her claims.

Sheen has denied both of her allegations and now a judge has ordered the pair to settle the lawsuit. The judge has also ruled the non-disclosure agreement the plaintiff signed is legitimate, according to TMZ.

However, the court official has also warned Sheen's legal team to stop "slut-shaming" the unidentified woman after the actor previously called her a "professional hooker party girl" who has had sex with "hundreds, if not thousands" of guys.

Sheen went public with his HIV-positive diagnosis in late 2015, revealing he had been diagnosed four year earlier.
