Jared proposes to his girlfriend in Mexico during the filming of 'Bachelor in Paradise' season 5, less than a month after confirming their relationship.

AceShowbiz - Another Bachelor Nation couple is heading to the altar. Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon may have failed to find love during their stints on "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette", but they will be the next successful couple from the dating show franchise who seals their love with a wedding.
The pair have gotten engaged after confirming their relationship in late May. Jared popped the question on Sunday, June 17 during the filming of "Bachelor in Paradise" season 5 in Mexico. He got down on one knee on the beach and presented Ashley with a ring. Ashley, who wore a bright yellow dress, looked ecstatic as she smiled widely.
A source tells E! News that Ashley "cried" during the proposal. "She's just so happy," the so-called insider dishes. "She really is excited to be engaged but is more excited that she's found her person. Jared feels the same!"
Jared proposed with a ring designed by Neil Lane, who has provided the rings for all "Bachelor" proposals.
Another source tells PEOPLE, "Ashley and Jared are both so excited about the engagement. Ashley had her suspicions that an engagement would happen in Mexico but she didn't want to get herself too psyched out and then have nothing happen. They're both thrilled though!"
Announcing the good news, the couple has shared a couple of pictures from their trip to Mexico. "This was taken the night before we became fiances!" Ashley captioned a picture of her embracing her new fiance on the beach.
Jared, meanwhile, posted a picture of him carrying Ashley while they're kissing with the ocean serving as the backdrop. "Love works in mysterious ways," he wrote, adding a ring emoji.
Ashley showed her feelings for Jared in season 2 of "Paradise" in 2015, but Jared didn't reciprocate her feelings. The two, however, remained friends and they got closer after spending a weekend in Virginia with their friends for a charity event.
"I was in love," he previously told PEOPLE about Ashley. "That was such a different experience being with someone in the show and in real life. [Ashley was] just so down to earth and easy-going, ambitious ... sexy."
Ashley added, "I knew that he was looking at me!"
