A judge finally signed off the settlement of his split from Cheryl Moana Marie after the 'General Hospital' alum filed the papers in December 2016.

AceShowbiz - Actor/model Antonio Sabato Jr. is officially divorced.
The former General Hospital soap star filed documents to end his marriage to Cheryl Moana Marie in December, 2016, and although a divorce agreement was reached a year later, the judge did not sign off on the settlement until this month, reports TMZ.com.
Sabato, Jr. and his ex-wife have agreed to joint legal and physical custody of their seven-year-old son, Antonio III, and the 46-year-old will pay $533 (£400)-a-month for child support and $350 (£260)-a-month in alimony until next April (19).
He also will pay $10,000 (£7,500) towards Marie's legal fees and has agreed to not take any drugs without a prescription after she accused him of having a substance abuse problem. The actor previously admitted that he went to rehab for his reliance on sleeping pills, and he's since become outspoken about how to fight addiction.
Meanwhile, Sabato, Jr. will be able to keep their marital home and a 2015 Fiat car. However, they have agreed to turn in the Maserati they were leasing.
