Jamie gave birth to Ivey Joan Watson, her second daughter and her first child together with husband Jamie Watson, on Wednesday, April 11.

AceShowbiz - Jamie Lynn Spears has added a new member to her growing family. The younger sister of singer Britney Spears welcomed her child, daughter Ivey Joan Watson, with husband Jamie Watson on Wednesday, April 11 at 10:02 A.M., her representative confirms to PEOPLE.

The baby was born in Covington, Louisiana, weighing 7 lbs., 8 oz. and measured 19-and-a-half inches in length. While the baby is the second child for Jamie, it's her first child together with her husband. The 27-year-old singer also has a 9-year-old daughter, Maddie Briann Aldridge, from her relationship with then-boyfriend Casey Aldridge. She was 16 years old at the time.

"We are beyond excited to welcome this beautiful baby girl to our family!" Spears shares her feelings. She explains Ivery's name, "Her middle name, Joan, is to honor my Aunt Sandra, who passed away 10 years ago from ovarian cancer. She was the most graceful woman I've ever known."

In one of the photos taken by Studio Tran, the happy mom is holding her baby girl on a hospital bed while her elder daughter and her husband are looking at Ivery lovingly. In another photo obtained by PEOPLE, Jamie is featured kissing the little girl.

The baby's aunt, Britney, is also excited about the baby's arrival. The "...Baby One More Time" hitmaker, who has two sons 12-year-old Sean Preston and 11-year-old Jayden James, shared a snap of the baby and wrote in the caption, "I could not be more excited to welcome baby Ivey to this world. Congrats to @jamielynnspears and the whole family - I love you all so much!!!"

Jamie and Jamie got engaged in March 2013 after dating on and off for two years. They tied the knot on March 14, 2014 in New Orleans. She announced her pregnancy in December last year with a sweet snap of her holding hands with the voice actor and her first daughter Maddie. She wrote, "Looks like we are starting off 2018 with another big milestone.. sooo happy to announce that Maddie is FINALLY going to be a big sister."
