The 'Jesus, Take the Wheel' songstress is ready to hit the stage again as she joins a band for rehearsal, more than four months after the nasty fall.

AceShowbiz - Carrie Underwood has shared her first full-face photo after a nasty fall that left her with 40-50 stitches in late 2017. On Friday, April 6, two days after revealing half of her face in an Instagram picture, she posted a new photo showing her from the front side.

The 35-year-old singer seemed to be singing passionately while holding a microphone on stage, joined by a band for what looked like a rehearsal. "Missed these guys. #bandrehearsals," she captioned the photo.

Carrie went casual in the picture, wearing a blue T-shirt, jeans and sneakers. Her long blonde hair was styled into a knot. No sign of scars on her face is visible in the photo which was taken in long shot.

It's unclear what the rehearsal is for, but Carrie is nominated in two categories for female vocalist of the year and vocal event of the year at the upcoming Academy of Country Music Awards (a.k.a. ACMs) which is scheduled to take place in Las Vegas and will broadcast life on April 15. Should she attend the event, it will mark her first public appearance since the accident in November.

Carrie "sustained multiple injuries including a broken wrist and some cuts and abrasions" when she "took a hard fall on some steps outside her home" on November 10, her rep confirmed. The "American Idol" alum later gave an update on her recovery process in a post to her fan club members, writing, "I'll spare you the gruesome details, but when I came out of surgery the night of my fall, the doctor told Mike that he had put between 40 and 50 stitches in."

The "American Idol" alum shared first photo of her face since the accident on February 23, but part of her face around her lips and chin area was covered with a huge red "X" sign. She recently shared another picture which showed half of her face as she hit a recording studio.

Wendy Williams then called out the country/pop star for still hiding the scar. "People might turn on you and say, like, 'Why are you keeping it from us?' " the talk show host said on April 5. "Fans might be upset and say, 'Why did you make such a big deal when there's such a tiny little something?' Wear your scar like Padma [Lakshmi]. Scars are beautiful. What's over there on that other side, Carrie? Show us!"
