The 25-year-old singer takes to Instagram Stories to share that she still loves herself despite having cellulite, stretch marks and 'extra fat.'

AceShowbiz - Demi Lovato continues to encourage fans to love themselves the way they are. The former Disney darling took to Instagram Stories on April 6 to share some pictures and videos of herself promoting body positivity, something that she has been doing since earlier this year.
The singer started off by posting a boomerang clip of her pinching extra fat on her bare stomach. "Stretch marks and extra fat and yet I still love myself," she wrote. She followed it up with another boomerang clip of her shaking her butts. She captioned it, "Cellulite and yet I still love myself."
Noticing that her cellulite was not apparent in the clip, she explained in a follow-up post, "The boomerang smoothed out my legs. The point is, I have cellulite just like the other 93% of women do. What you see on Instagram isn't always what it seems to be. Let's embrace our real selves. #iloveme."
The 25-year-old beauty concluded her body positivity posts by sharing a mirror selfie of herself donning a pair of workout shorts and a tied-up top that exposed her midriff. She styled her hair in a messy bun. "No thigh gap for me and yet I still love myself," she wrote on the picture.

The posts arrived after Demi promised to embrace her body in an Instagram post that was shared back in January. Along with a picture of herself in a strapless striped one-piece bathing suit, she wrote, "So I'm insecure about my legs in this picture but I'm posting it because I look so happy."
She then added that she would let go of her "perfectionism and embracing freedom from self citicism. Learning to love my body the way it is is challenging but life changing." She concluded her post by encouraging her followers to do the same.
