The 'Roar' hitmaker and one contestant are having too much fun while dropping low to Selena's 'Techno Cumbia' when the former falls on the ground, revealing way more than she bargains for.

AceShowbiz - Katy Perry showed her professionalism in the recent episode of "American Idol". The singer, who serves as a judge alongside fellow musicians Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie, had too much fun when she danced with one contestant during her audition. She danced and all, but things took an embarrassing turn when the "Swish Swish" songstress toppled on the ground.

Katy, who donned a sparkly minidress and high heels, enthusiastically danced while contestant Michelle Sussett, who hailed from Miami, belted out Selena's "Techno Cumbia". It was when Katy and Michelle started dropping it low when the former lost her balance in her high heels.

Katy later fell on the ground with her face downward, revealing her underwear. The producers, however, put an American Idol logo over the exposed area. She laughed it off though, while trying hard to get up. Luke and Lionel rushed to the stage to help the 33-year-old star. "Oh my God!" Michelle said while laughing, "Is she okay?"

After much struggle, Katy managed to stand up with the help of other judges. "Are you alright? Are you covered? Is everything covered?" Lionel asked, before saying, "Something you have to do for the business. It's a tough job, but somebody's got to do it."

Meanwhile, Luke was seen too shocked over what he had seen. The "Play It Again" singer covered his eyes before saying, "Oh dear God. There are things a man can't unsee." Despite the mishap, Katy confidently claimed herself as "the best dancer ever."

After the chaos, the three judges went back to their jobs to let Michelle know her fate. "A lot of people coming here with a lot of fear [but] you got none," Katy praised her. "I don't think that we have anybody that sounds like this at all," Lionel added. Luke echoed his remarks by saying, "Not that does it that well." The judges later gave Michelle a "yes."
