According to a press release, the postponement will affect her Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan and Japan tour dates. Fans were encouraged to "hold on to their tickets" and look out for more specific details on reimbursements and reschedules in the near future.

Ke$ha's injury was the result of an onstage fall during her performance at the Redfest DXB in Dubai on February 9. In a video obtained by TMZ, the 30-year-old songstress was performing "We R Who We R" beside her guitarist when she slipped and fell backwards, causing her feet to go up in the air.

Even though it looked painful, she got up immediately and continued her performance like nothing happened. Witnessing the incident, her fans cheered her on loudly.
