Oh-uh! Is there trouble in paradise in Nikki Bella and fiance John Cena's relationship? The first look at the third season of Nikki's reality TV show "Total Bellas" gets fans wondering if things get rocky before the pair walk down the aisle.

The dramatic black-and-white video, which is released via E! News, sees the couple emotionally discussing presumably their future together. "So we really want to call this off?" Nikki, who can be seen shedding tears while holding John's hands, asks. John, who looks visibly solemn and sad at the video, doesn't utter a word. Are they talking about their wedding?

"Isn't marriage all about sacrifice," Nikki asks her twin sister Brie Bella at one point. Brie responds, "It's about time John starts making some."

Brie also can be heard saying something equally shocking. "I wonder if she's pregnant?" she asks her husband Daniel Bryan, who looks surprised. It remains to be seen whether Brie is referring to Nikki, who is rumored to be pregnant with her child with the 40-year-old wrestler.

John made headlines in April 2017 when he proposed to Nikki on the ring live at WrestleMania 33 in Orlando. After beating The Miz and Maryse in an action-packed match, John asked Nikki to come to the center of the ring and knelt down before her. He then pulled out a ring and asked her to marry him right in front of 70.000 fans.

"I have been waiting so long to ask you this," John said, before adding, "Stephanie Nicole Garcia-Colace, will you marry me?" Bella, with a shocked but overjoyed expression, gave him a nod before reaching down to kiss and hug him.

Following the surprising, romantic proposal, Brie took to Twitter to express her joy for the happy couple. "Happy tears!!!! They always felt married to me but to see it...wow!!! Welcome to the family @JohnCena," she wrote on the micro-blogging site.
