Seems like it's just a matter of time until Shawn Mendes and Hailey Baldwin publicly confirm their romance. After being rumored to be romantically linked to each other for weeks, the "Treat You Better" hitmaker and the 20-year-old model just added fuel to the rumors after they're spotted "French kissing" at Rita Ora's MTV EMAs after-party.

The Sun first broke the story that Mendes and Baldwin headed to Ora's party at West London restaurant Laylow, where they're also joined by Stormzy, Idris Elba, Joey Essex and Charli XCX. That night also happened to be a victorious night for Mendes, who became the big winner at the award event held earlier that evening where he scooped three awards.

A source at the party told the news outlet, "The place was packed with stars but Shawn only had eyes for Hailey." The eyewitness continued, "It clearly wasn't a one-time thing. They looked like they were seriously into each other. It was a very exclusive bash and Shawn and Hailey were really enjoying themselves, spending ages French kissing."

"They even posed for a photo with Rita," the insider continued, adding that "it seemed like they wanted everyone to know they are an item."

Mendes and Baldwin have been friends for a while, with the latter showing support for the singer by going to one of his gigs in August. But they have grown increasingly closer in the past several weeks. They sparked speculation that they're an item after leaving a Halloween party hand-in-hand last month.

Mendes previously talked about his love live in an interview with Dan Wootton on Bizarre Life podcast, which fans can subscribe to on iTunes, Apple Podcasts or their favorite podcast provider, in June. Asked if he had been in a serious romance, the singer responded, "I don't think so. I can't wait because I really have some songs to write about."
