The Canadian heartthrob and the French DJ have hit the studio together for the new song which will reportedly appear on the DJ's new album.

AceShowbiz - It looks like Justin Bieber has been hitting the studio a lot lately. Although there is still no confirmation about new album to follow up his 2015's "Purpose", he has been quite busy assisting some huge musicians this year.

Fresh off his chart-topping collaborations with DJ Khaled on "I'm the One" and with Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee on "Despacito" remix, he is now ready to release another hit song by teaming up with French DJ David Guetta. The new track will arrive on Friday, June 9.

Justin took to Twitter on Tuesday, June 6 to share the big news. He wrote, "New music. This Friday. Me and @davidguetta." He added the hashtag #2U, which was later rumored to be the title of the new track.

The 23-year-old singer is currently in two spots on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, thanks to his recent collaborations. "I'm the One" peaked at No. 1, although it is now at No. 3. Meanwhile, "Despacito" still leads the list. As for the new song, fans have predicted it to be another summer hit and chart-topping track from Justin.

It's still unclear where the new song will land. It will likely appear on David's upcoming seventh studio album, which has spawned "Light My Body Up" featuring Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne.
