The actress and mother of one posts on Instagram a picture of an empty plate and a cup of espresso under the pouring water, and admits, 'Yes. I eat in the shower.'

Jessica Biel must have been a very busy woman. The actress, who's also a restaurateur, a wife to Justin Timberlake and a mom to 1-year-old Silas, apparently doesn't always have enough time to eat and take a shower, so she does both at the same time.
Biel took to Instagram on Friday, September 30 to post a photo of her unusual habit and challenge her followers to try eating in the shower too. "Yes. I eat in the shower. I admit it. Chicken apple sausage and espresso. Try it. I dare you. #ShowerEats," the 34-year-old beauty captioned the pic of an empty plate and a cup of espresso on the ledge of her shower.
Some of her followers could totally relate to Biel and praised her in the comment section. "The ultimate working mom, peaceful breakfast. Nice!" a commenter said. "um. I could definitely get on board with this," another added.
However not everyone's willing to follow in Biel's footsteps, mostly because they don't have a nice shower like hers. "I would if I had a shower like that," one fan said. "Well, if I shower I use shower gel and I really don't need that stuff in or on my food. A bath however I could understand," another wrote.
This actually isn't Biel's first time to have tried to convince her fans that eating in the shower could be a normal thing. Last week, she Instagrammed a black-and-white picture and captioned it, "Eating in the shower...we all do that...right? #ShowerEats."
