Lionel Richie is reportedly not a fan of Sofia Richie's relationship with Justin Bieber. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, the veteran singer believes that the 22-year-old pop star is a "bad influence" and is the one to blame for his daughter's "out of control" behavior.
But instead of explaining Sofia's alleged bad behavior, the site mentions that Lionel is taking issue with the fact that Justin has several times been caught with other ladies in the past few months, including models Sahara Ray and Bronte Blampied.
Though the Biebs defended Sofia and even deactivated his Instagram account for her, her dad doesn't "want to see their daughter being treated the same way Justin has used Sofia over the summer." Lionel is reportedly "so furious" over the duo's relationship and Justin is "now scared to even meet him."
However, the report turns out to be bogus. Gossip Cop has checked in with a source close to Lionel and has been told that the story is "100 percent not true." The site also notes that Justin spent a lot of time hanging out with Bronte Blampied in London recently because she's also a friend of Sofia's.
