AceShowbiz - A Los Angeles County judge has sentenced Kim Richards to three years of probation after pleading no contest to a resisting arrest when she was booted from Beverly Hills Hotel in April. Kim was also sentenced to 30 days of community labor and 52 weeks of Alcoholics Anonymous sessions.

While Kim did not appear in court on Monday, September 14, she pleaded no contest to her hotel arrest through her lawyer Sara Caplan. While on probation, the former star of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" was ordered to stay away from the Beverly Hills Hotel. A hearing is scheduled for December 14.

Kim was previously charged with resisting arrest, battery on a peace officer and public intoxication following the April incident. The battery and public intoxication charges were dropped on Monday.

The 50-year-old reality star is facing a separate shoplifting case after she was arrested for allegedly shoplifting a "bunch of items" worth more than $600 at a Target store in San Fernando Valley in August. She has pleaded not guilty.
