AceShowbiz - On Sunday afternoon, the Los Angeles Police Department responded to a call made by Kim Richards, 60, at her sister Kyle Richards' home. Richards reportedly claimed that someone had taken her cat but had returned it.

During her interaction with the police, Richards allegedly rambled extensively about issues she was having with her sister, Kyle, leading the officers to request a mental health evaluation team. The team determined that Richards did not pose a threat to herself or others and did not require an involuntary hold.

Paramedics were also called to the scene but quickly left, as Richards did not require medical attention.

This incident comes several months after Richards was placed on a psychiatric hold after authorities responded to a call about her incoherent behavior and refusal to leave a Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles.

In September, another incident occurred at Kyle's home, where Richards was reportedly involved in an altercation with her sister. Neighbors and Kyle had reportedly wanted Richards to be removed from the house.

Richards' struggles with sobriety have been documented throughout her time on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" and in her personal life. She has previously entered rehab and sought treatment for addiction issues.

Currently, Kim and her sisters have not made any public statements regarding the latest incident.
