Kylie and Tyga manage to put some smiles on the patients' faces at the Children's Center for Cancer and Blood Diseases of Children's Hospital Los Angeles.

AceShowbiz - Kylie Jenner and Tyga show how they like to put smiles on kids' faces. In a sneak-peek video for the upcoming episode of "Kingin' with Tyga", the couple stopped by Children's Hospital Los Angeles to meet and greet the young patients.

The two took some snaps with some happy kids before they were guided to meet patients at the Children's Center for Cancer and Blood Diseases. While visiting the patients in their rooms, Kylie and Tyga distributed some gifts. "We brought you some gifts, some clothes, some headphones, speakers," said Tyga.

The kids were clearly happy being visited by the stars. One of them even said, "Hi, Kylie, oh, you're so beautiful," as the 18-year-old model gave her hug. The pair also had some nice conversation with the kids and managed to take some pictures together.

The 25-year-old rapper admitted that he had done the activity since a few years ago. "I think it's good to work with like a children's hospital and I've been doing it for the last couple of years and every year is just getting bigger and better," he said. "I meet more kids and put more smiles on kids' faces."

"It's a very humbling experience to really just touch somebody and make them feel great even though they're going through a lot," Tyga added. "It just shows your how music transcends and it could be used as good."

Such activity wasn't the first time for Kylie either. Prior to her birthday bash in West Hollywood, Kylie also visited the hospital. She took to Instagram to share a snap of herself standing by a cart full of bags for the patients. "Let the birthday celebrations begin! First stop: @childrensla," read the caption.
