Rae Sremmurd is releasing their debut album 'SremmLife' which has already been preceded by a couple of hits produced by Mike WiLL Made It, 'No Flex Zone' and 'No Type'.

AceShowbiz - Rae Sremmurd's success didn't come easy. The group from Mississipi consisting of brothers Khalif "Swae Lee" Brown and Aaquil "Slim Jimmy" Brown tried to gain recognition by uploading videos and songs to the web before they came to Atlanta and met Mike WiLL Made It who later signed them to his EarDrummers Entertainment.

With the help of the producer, the duo put out some tracks that all fell off the radar. The then-unknown Rae Sremmurd appeared at several music festivals in early 2014 before shooting to stardom after Nicki Minaj and Pusha T jumped on the remix to their breakthrough single "No Flex Zone".

Produced by Mike WiLL, the track peaked at No. 35 on Billboard Hot 100. Later in 2014, Rae Sremmurd went higher on the all-genre singles chart as their next single "No Type" reached No. 16.

The two hits are included on Rae Sremmurd's debut album "SremmLife", which is officially coming out on January 6. "The album came together so easily and organically - it was really a fun album to make," Mike WiLL, who executive produced the project, said in a statement recently.

"I'm just as excited about this album as I was about Miley Cyrus' album, as I was about Future's album," he added. "This album is as special to me as any project I've ever been involved with. People are learning now that these guys are superstars, they're here to stay. SremmLife is just round one."
