'The Voice': Damien Wins Wild Card, Gets Into the Finals

AceShowbiz - Damien rounds out the Top 4 finalists of "The Voice" season 7. The 35-year-old singing hopeful from Monroe, Louisiana, rejoined the competition after winning the Wild Card as revealed by %cCarson Daly% on the "Today" show Wednesday morning, December 10.

Damien didn't make it to the Top 3 but he still had a shot to be in the finals when the show brought back the eliminated Top 12 contestants on Tuesday night for the Wild Card round. Damien sang "Grenade" and his coach %cAdam Levine% declared that Damien deserved a place in the finals.

With Damien joining Chris Jamison and Matt McAndrew also from Team Adam, the %cMaroon 5% frontman becomes the first coach in "The Voice" history to go into the finale with his team completely intact. The other finalist is Craig Wayne Boyd from Team %cBlake Shelton%.

Appearing on "Today" along with the other Top 4, Damien said, "I feel incredible. I can't ask for anything more..." On getting a second chance in the competition, he shared, "It means the world to me... I'm just really excited."

"The Voice" finals air next Monday at 8 P.M. and Tuesday at 9 P.M. on NBC.
