The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star is being sued for a car crash she allegedly caused in Calabasas, California back in 2013.

AceShowbiz - Kylie Jenner is being sued for a three-car chain reaction accident she allegedly caused in Calabasas, California back in 2013, TMZ reports. According to a lawsuit obtained by the site, Kylie caused the crash after hitting a Toyota, which then rear ended a Subaru. Alida Griselie Palma Rivera, the woman who drove the Subaru, is now suing Kylie and Kris Jenner.

According to Radar Online, Alida also names Kris in her lawsuit because she owned Kylie's $125,000 Mercedes Benz G Wagon which hit her Subaru. Alida's lawyer Sara Rezvanpour tells the site that her client "was so badly injured she missed two weeks of work." Sara adds, "While it is unfortunate that Mrs. Rivera had to resort to litigation, we seek to make our client whole and to hold Ms. Jenner accountable for her actions, just like any other member of the general public."

Alida states in her lawsuit that Kris was guilty of negligence because she "knew, or should have known, that Kylie Jenner was incompetent and unfit to drive Jenner's vehicle." She is also suing the woman who drove the Toyota for following her car to closely.

Alida wants Kylie and Kris to compensate for her "great mental, physical, and nervous pain and suffering she's already had, as well as future suffering and loss of income."

Neither Kylie nor Kris has responded to the issue.
