The 'Tik Tok' hitmaker is seeking to end her professional relationship with Dr. Luke, claiming she suffered from physical and emotional assault at the hands of the producer.

AceShowbiz - Ke$ha files a lawsuit against Dr. Luke. She accuses the producer of abusing her over a decade during their professional relationship. According to her, she never filed any complaints against him until now because he had threatened to "destroy" her and her family.

The singer whose real name is Kesha Rose Sebert says in her lawsuit that he "induced" her to drop out of high school when she was 18. In more alarming accusations, she claims he once forced her to snort a substance before boarding a plane and then forced himself on her.

The "Tik Tok" hitmaker mentions a different occasion where he gave her what he called "sober pills," which allegedly turned out to be a date rape drug. The following morning, she woke up "naked in Dr. Luke's bed, sore and sick, with no memory of how she got there."

Ke$ha, who went to rehab for eating disorder earlier this year, also accuses Dr. Luke of physically assaulting her at his Malibu home, prompting her to run barefoot down the Pacific Coast Highway and flee to nearby mountains.

She is seeking to end her contract with Dr. Luke. "This lawsuit is a wholehearted effort by Kesha to regain control of her music career and her personal freedom after suffering for ten years as a victim of mental manipulation, emotional abuse and sexual assault," her lawyer says.

According to her, she was forced to sign one-sided, long-term contracts that denied her "any meaningful profit from her work due to Dr. Luke's exploitation of her over the last decade." Her doctors allegedly "concluded that Dr. Luke had physically and psychologically damaged Ms. Sebert to the point where continuing such contact would be 'life threatening' to Ms. Sebert."

Before Ke$ha went to court, her mother Pebe had already blamed Dr. Luke for her eating disorder.
