"Big Brother 15" wasn't done with its surprise yet. In its eighth week, the show revealed another twist, shocking the HouseGuests as well as viewers at home. Before that, the HGs voted for eviction with Helen and Spencer as the nominees. Helen was eventually evicted 4-1.

In her post-eviction interview with host Julie Chen, Helen said, "I've been questioning Andy's loyalty over the last few weeks." Julie then dropped the news that Helen would have a chance to get back into the game.

The four jurors then returned to the house after Julie told the remaining HGs about the twist. Elissa was happy while the others were either shocked or worried. All of them gathered in the backyard for a combined jury/HOH competition, called "Off the Wall".

The game required them to stand on platforms and catch 10 balls without falling. If a juror was the first to catch 10 balls, she/he would return to the game and become the new HoH. Judd was the last juror left standing, so he returned to the game. Elissa was the first to catch 10 balls and becomes the HoH.
