AceShowbiz - The iconic summer reality competition Big Brother is set to return for its 28th season, premiering on Thursday, July 9 at 8/7c on CBS. This upcoming season will mark a historic milestone as the first primetime series to reach 1,000 original episodes.
Big Brother Season 28 will also feature the most programming hours in the show’s history, especially when including the spin-off series Big Brother: Unlocked. The premiere episode will run 90 minutes, followed by another 90-minute episode on Sunday, July 12. Afterward, the show will continue its regular schedule with Wednesday episodes lasting 90 minutes, Thursday live eviction episodes lasting one hour, and Sunday episodes airing for one hour as well. All episodes will begin at 8 p.m. ET.
The companion series Big Brother: Unlocked, known for offering bonus footage, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content, will launch its new season on Friday, July 10 at 8 p.m., now featuring a live studio audience. Weekly episodes will air on Fridays at the same time.
