One of the new emerging singers in country music that people are going to hear a lot is the 'Merry Go 'Round' crooner.

AceShowbiz - Kacey Musgraves is a new star in country music, but she's not exactly new in the industry. The small town girl has already built her fans base since she took part in the fifth season of country singing competition "Nashville Star" back in 2007.
After three independent albums later, she finally got her break. She was signed to Mercury Records in 2012 and busted the charts with her first major-label solo single "Merry Go 'Round" which reached No. 14 on Billboard Country Songs and No. 10 on Country Airplay.
Her star shone even brighter this year. She charmed many more music fans with her poetic lyrics and fresh voice when her album "Same Trailer Different Park" followed later. She made a notable debut at the runner-up place on Hot 200 and ruled Country Albums.
She topped off her chart success by scoring multiple nominations, including Female Vocalist of the Year and Video of the Year, at the 48th annual Academy of Country Music Awards. She came to the event on April 7, looking gorgeous in her mini white dress.
She said she was honored to hear her name listed next to the likes of Carrie Underwood and Miranda Lambert, even though she didn't win any. "It's pretty mind-blowing," she said of her nods. "It was a major shock when I found out about the ACM nominations."
"I mean, just a nomination even is the ultimate compliment from people that you work with in the business. It just makes me feel like I'm doing something right, and I'm thankful. Even if I don't take home the trophy, just to be in the category is just unreal."
