An autopsy on Leslie Carter might have come back inconclusive, but new details on her untimely death suggested overdose as a possible cause. An incident report from the Chautauqua County sheriff was released on Thursday, February 2, uncovering that the body of Nick Carter's younger sister was found near three prescription drugs.

According to the documents, officials discovered bottles of schizophrenia or bipolar disorder medication Olanzapine, of muscle relaxant Cyclobenzaprine, and of anxiety medication Xanax nearby. Leslie's stepmother, Ginger Carter, also informed authorities that the 25-year-old had "a long history of mental illness and was on medication for her depression."

Per Ginger, Leslie was staying at her father's house with her 10-month-old baby. On the morning of January 31, the older sister of Aaron Carter complained to Ginger that she's "not feeling great". Ginger later found Leslie fallen in the shower and helped her lie down in bed.

It wasn't until Leslie's father, Robert, came home that the former "House of Carters" star "was found in the bedroom not breathing or responding." Robert immediately called 911 and performed CPR. Leslie was pronounced dead at 4:59 P.M. at the hospital.

It was noted in the police report that during a later interview with the authorities Ginger "appeared to be under the influence of an unknown drug" and had "slurred speech, pin-point pupils, glassy eyes and kept falling asleep." She explained that she had taken an extra Xanax because of Leslie's death.

Leslie's body has been released from the coroner's office after an autopsy was completed on Wednesday, February 1, and is now at a funeral home in Mayville, New York. While her official cause of death is still pending the toxicology reports, Chautauqua County coroner Richard Mackowiak told ABC News that her funeral is being planned for next week.
