AceShowbiz - Kelly Clarkson joins a slew of celebrities who give their fans a special holiday treat through new music. The winner of "American Idol" inaugural season gets into the spirit of the upcoming festive season by crooning a heartwarming rendition of yuletide classic "I'll Be Home for Christmas".
The "Mr. Know It All" singer keeps it classy in the cover version, but manages to charm with her strong and powerful vocals. The rendition is featured on her new 8-song iTunes Session which will be made available for download on December 27.
The song was released hot on heels of her double wins at 2011 American Country Awards. She celebrated the victories with her Twitter followers by posting, "I just found out I won 2 awards tonight with @Jason_Aldean! I had no clue we were even up for any awards haha!"
Through country/pop collaboration "Don't You Wanna Stay", Kelly helped Jason Aldean bring home two guitar-shaped trophies for Single by a Vocal Collaboration and Music Video by a Group or Collaboration. She tweeted, "That's awesome! Go us :)."
