At Black Eye's, the guys discuss the need for a TV in the bar and Justin reveals that he can't afford to purchase anything - he barely breaks even. His tale of debt affects the gang and, the next day, Danny, Brett, Shelly and Burski hand over checks to help pay off the bar. Justin reels with emotion - that is, until the guys use their new status as investors to suggest changes like renaming the bar. Not surprisingly, Danny leads the charge and boasts that he can figure out a way to entice new customers. Justin accepts the challenge and passes him the reins to the bar, confident Danny will fail with abandon.
Instead, Danny shocks Justin by packing the bar to the very brim. His secret? He turned Black Eye's into a gay bar. Not only does this move add extra joy to Brett's day, but it also leads Danny to discover how to use Burski to the gang's advantage. Burski's natural ability to disperse and disgust groups of single women also acts as way to direct those same women to the likes of Shelly. Oh, and Brett finds out it works for guys, too.
Justin, on the other hand, feels like a total failure due to Danny's exceptional success. His despondence prompts Danny to admit that he rarely succeeds - because he rarely tries. He cheers up Justin by complimenting his friend's passion and gumption. In fact, the whole gang honors an emotional Justin by unveiling the bar's new name: Baby Bird's. A teary-eyed Justin pulls Danny into a hug and all is forgiven.
