Synopsis

In Toronto this episode, Frank is attacked as he retrieves the package from a high-security vault. Suspected by a beautiful security guard of being part of the attack team, Frank finds himself handcuffed to her as they fight off the real killers. Once the truth of the package is revealed, Frank must take on a wealthy but sinister industrialist as he celebrates his success in a sports arena in front of a wildly cheering crowd.
