As dissolution proceedings bring the firm's issues with trust to the front and center, Harvey makes a bad faith play to tip the scales of the divorce in the favor of the Pearson Spector contingent. But when Scotty comes back to town and asks Harvey for a favor that will affect their piece of the pie, he struggles with the choice to take her at her word.
And Harvey isn't the only one seeing trouble at the intersection of their personal and business lives. Mike asks Rachel to move in with him, but when the young attorney uses his relationship with Rachel as leverage to get her father to help the firm gain an advantage in the dissolution, Rachel begins to question her choices regarding the future.
At the same time, Jessica allows Louis to take the reigns on the dissolution negotiations, but when personal feelings cause him to lose his cool, he must find a way to make up for the loss.
Meanwhile, Harvey decides it's time to stop dealing in bad faith and turn the page, and that means going out on a limb to trust Scotty and settle the dissolution. But just because he's ready to be done with the past doesn't mean the past is done with him, or the rest of the firm...
