As Vic desperately searches for his family, a Mexican drug dealer brutally murders a pair of rival gang members in an effort to control of Farmington's cocaine market. When a drug shipment arrives spiked with poison, Vic worries that brothers Navaro and Armando "Armadillo" Quintero are out to unite two of the neighborhood's most violent gangs into one - a move that would adversely effect his own drug trade profits. So, in need of cash to pay the private eye he's hired to look for Corrine, he and his men head to Tijuana. Meanwhile, as Lanie Kellis, a Civilian Auditor sent by the city council to investigate his precinct, threatens David's political ambitions, Dutch and Claudette learn that the younger sister of one of the slain gang members is willing to talk.
