Synopsis

Dawn fits Alex (Erica Durance) with a heart monitor after an arrhythmia begins affecting her ability to work in the hospital.

Meanwhile, psychic The Great Randall returns to Hope Zion Hospital after an experimental cancer treatment causes significant complications to his pancreatic cancer, and his grim prognosis prompts Alex to reach out to his estranged daughter.

Joel (Daniel Gillies) attempts to help an actuary with a sleepwalking problem who can't stay off his broken leg.

Following last week's altercation with Joel, a skeptical Charlie (Michael Shanks) is forced to go to a Conflict Resolution therapy session lead by Dr. Gavin Murphy (Kristopher Turner), and ends up coming to some unexpected realizations.
