Emboldened by her night with Adriana in bed, Grace becomes intrigued by the idea of feeling powerful for the first time, since she's already experienced some pleasure and plenty of pain. Adriana is of course more than happy to assist with fulfilling that desire. She takes Grace to a very high end S&M club where Grace gets to dominate a stranger under Adriana's tutelage. But when she finds out that Adriana forged Neil's signature on the separation agreement, Grace decides to turn the tables on her manipulative hostess.
Meanwhile, Simon asks Neil to approach Arthur about taking care of his finances since Simon is worried that the various vultures in Arthur's life are circling, waiting for their chance to pounce on his money once he dies. Arthur is open to the idea of working with Neil and his wealth management firm but once Neil sees how badly Arthur treats his son, Neil pulls himself out of the running. Neil counsels Simon to get out of from under his father's thumb once and for all or else he will never his own man. So even when Arthur comes to Simon with a peace offering in the form of $10 million dollars, Simon decides to use that money to grow his and Neil's escort business instead.
