Synopsis

During the opening day of the new school year at Harbor High, Ryan does not feel like he fits in at his new school and Luke does not make the situation any better. Summer still ignores Seth in public, but privately is jealous of Seth's new relationship with Anna. Sandy accepts a case against Caleb at his new job, that will test his relationship with Kirsten. Marissa and Ryan share their first kiss while stuck on the ferris wheel.
