Synopsis

Liz goes under the knife to better her appearance at the request of Poppy, her new girlfriend. When James' life is threatened, she uses Christian to lure Michelle into helping her steal another kidney within twenty-four hours. Sean offers a surgical consultation to Marlowe, who comes to McNamara/Troy for a leg-lengthening procedure in order to impress the woman he loves.
