NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service Episode 22.05 In from the Cold

A retired Naval Captain who is showing signs of dementia is brought to the naval hospital by his son. During the exam he utters a foreign language and grabs the doctor. The team is called in. When they arrive the man released the doctor and is incoherent. They hear what he said which was recorded and learn he spoke Finnish which his son says he doesn't know. They learn he was uttering numbers. When they enter it into the system , a cyber attack shuts down the system. They learn the attack came from the CIA. An agent shows up and is less than forthcoming, he eventually reveals the captain was a Spy for the Russians. They go back to the hospital to talk to him. They find him gone and the orderly who was watching him dead. They try to find him, they learn he went into the naval base and a file which the CIA agent reveals is sensitive so they have to recover it. When they find him he refuses to give the file unless he talks to another spy whom they learn is dead.
